  Hot Spot Fitness - where do I start?
  
  From humble beginnings and a bright idea, Hot Spot Fitness has grown and become a well equipped, welcoming, inclusive functional gym and workout space (fitness studio).
  
  Aaron (the brains, brawn, owner and operator) of Hot Spot Fitness has been amazing from the get go - when I met him some 6 (?) years ago he welcomed me with a smile and asked me what my goals were, what I wanted to achieve, what I liked and didn't like, what I was good at or wanted to avoid - thankfully we have never done box squats and not many farmer bucket things (I detest both).
  
  Aaron is an incredible trainer - offers affordable rates, is flexible in regards to training times and offerings (online or in studio), he will work with you to achieve your goals and keep you to task.
  
  Aaron is always looking to create a fun and motivational space - and encouraging clients to push themselves to realise their fitness potential!
  
  I highly recommend Aaron as a trainer and Hot Spot Fitness - if you want a trainer who is welcoming, non-judgemental, encouraging and supportive!

  I trained with Aaron leading up to and throughout my whole pregnancy - he adjusted exercises as required and helped me have a healthy active pregnancy!
  
  My 16 year old son also trains with Aaron on a weekly basis - he looks forward to his sessions each week and this is a kid who generally hates anything that doesn’t involve his computer!
  
  Great facility and warm and welcoming environment!
  
  Highly recommend!
